MCR is pleased to announce the availability of the new NOVAR & ZEPON PreSDM MC3D reprocessed seismic data sets, regional interpretation and rock physics studies over the Vulcan Sub-basin for the 2020 Acreage Release evaluations.

Material size leads exist in a variety of structural and stratigraphic traps throughout the Paleogene to Triassic section.

Comprehensive data packages covering the Vulcan Sub-basin Acreage Release Blocks AC20-1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 include:

NOVAR MC3D comprising 15,200 sq km of new Broadband PreSDM 3D reprocessed seismic data

ZEPON MC3D comprising 2,458 sq km of Broadband PreSDM 3D reprocessed seismic data

Molyneux Advisors updated regional seismic interpretation based on the NOVAR MC3D

DUG petrophysics, rock physics and stochastic modelling study of 56 wells

The new data and studies will enable E&P companies to conduct a detailed evaluation of the under explored yet highly prospective 2020 Petroleum Acreage Release areas of the Vulcan Sub-basin.
