• Trident 16 early-termination notice rescinded, rig on call out contract with Petrobel Egypt until February 2021.

• Key Singapore returned to Eni Tunisia operations in June 2020; Key Manhattan expected to remain suspended at reduced rate through year end 2020.

• Trident VIII received early-termination notice from Amni Nigeria, contract end date updated to July 2020.

• Baltic operations for Total Nigeria suspended beginning early July 2020.

• Trident XIV completed contract with ExxonMobil Nigeria in July 2020. Rig sale in process.
