Monday 1 June 2020 is the new deadline to submit the licensing round applications for the Lebanon Second Offshore Licensing Round. Adapting to current circumstances, electronic applications will be accepted.

The deadline for the submission of the Licensing Round Applications was initially set to 31 January 2020. The deadline was later postponed to 30 April 2020 inclusive. However, given the implications of the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) worldwide, the new deadline to submit the licensing round applications is 1 June 2020. Furthermore, it will be accepted to submit the applications electronically instead of hard copy by hand.
