With reference to Ocean Yield ASA’s (“Ocean Yield”) press release on 31 March 2020, subsidiaries of Ocean Yield have agreed to extend the standstill period with certain subsidiaries of Solstad Offshore ASA for the vessels Far Senator and Far Statesman up to and including 8 May 2020.
