Eidesvik Offshore ASA and Seabed Geosolutions have agreed to amend the contract as notified to the Oslo Stock Exchange February 19, 2020, with a stand-by period for the vessel, pending commencement of operations as planned for under the original contract. The new agreed stand-by period commenced March 27, 2020, and is limited to April 1, 2021. Operations may commence prior to the expiry of the stand-by period,
