Japan Drilling Co., Ltd. (JDC) announced that its subsidiary company "P.T. Japan Drilling Indonesia" together with a shipping company in Indonesia has entered into a drilling contract with Premier Oil Natuna Sea B.V. for the provision of a jack-up drilling rig "HAKURYU-11".

The main terms of the drilling contract are as follows:

1. Operating Area： Offshore Natuna, Indoensia

2. Period of Contract： 4 firm wells (approx. 173 days)

3. Estimated Commencement Time： Around March or April 2019
