INCUS INVESTOR ASA has been awarded contracts to deliver machined and welded riser forgings through its subsidiary Scana Subsea AB. The high tensile forgings are intended for the Gulf of Mexico.

The total value is approx. 25 MSEK. The scope includes forging and machining of riser joints in low alloyed steel. The contracts are a recognition of Scana Steel's capability in ultralong forgings in high tensile material grades for risers in deep water field developments.

Manufacturing is planned to start immediately, and deliveries will commence from 2nd quarter 2019 to 1st quarter 2020. The contracts will also involve our subsidiary Scana Steel Björneborg AB in addition to Scana Subsea AB fronting the contract.
