On Wednesday 2nd May 2018 an exclusive partnership was signed to develop artificial intelligence technology to monitor subsea structures.

Flexlife will partner with RIO Analytics to use their unique Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Solutions in the Gulf of Mexico and further afield.

The virtual sensors embedded within the ANNs will allow oil and gas operators to accumulate long-term data from subsea areas which are impossible for real sensors to measure - such as the stress on flexible risers or steel catenary risers.
