Enochdhu Safely Achieves First Production

Chevron Upstream Europe's Non-Operated Joint Venture (NOJV) team achieved another success with first production from the Enochdhu Field safely recorded on June 11, 2015. Chevron and ConocoPhillips (Operator) both have a 50 percent equity share in the Enochdhu field, developed by a single production well that was drilled and completed in May 2015.
A major highlight of the project is that it recorded zero health, safety or environmental accidents or incidents during the more than 360,000 exposure hours of the facilities construction and installation.
Chevron's Enochdhu asset owner, John Hampson commented "Such an encouraging safety result from the project illustrates that with a lot of effort and engagement from all the teams - operator and contractor alike, projects like this can be delivered safely, on schedule and under budget".

A subsea manifold structure has been installed at Enochdhu with provision for a second future production well. The field has been tied back to the Callanish subsea manifold via a pipeline bundle comprising a production pipeline, gas lift pipeline and a control umbilical, all routed to a new valve skid adjacent to the existing Callanish manifold. At 7.8 kilometres, the Enochdhu bundle is the longest single length ever built at the Subsea 7 construction facility north of Wick in Scotland.
The Enochdhu field is located within Block 21/5a of the Central North Sea, approximately 17.5 kilometres South West of the Britannia Platform and 8 kilometres East South East of the existing Callanish Field manifold. Chevron share of initial production at Enochdhu was 6,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
