DNO Awards Upstream Services Contract

SGS has been awarded a two-year upstream services contract with DNO, the Norwegian oil and gas operator.

As a result, SGS will provide a range of electric line and slickline services for DNO’s offshore rigs and rig-less operations in the Gulf region. The contract term is for two years and will commence in October of this year. SGS will provide DNO with a broad spectrum of electric line and slickline services, which will include:

Reservoir evaluation logging

Analysis behind tubing and casing

Production logging

Cement and corrosion evaluation

Plug setting/retrieval services

Perforating and pipe recovery services

Various slickline services
