The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy has approved a plan for the development and operation of Halten Øst in the Norwegian Sea. The development involves a further development of the oil and gas operations in the Åsgard area, and will mean increased gas supply to Europe when it is planned to start at the beginning of 2025.
