In 2040, we in Denmark can capture around 10.8 million tonnes of CO2 from the chimneys of large emitters. This is shown by the Danish Energy Agency's new analysis of the possibilities for CO2 capture in Denmark. The updated analysis increases the expected catch potential by approx. 1-2 million tonnes compared to last year's figure.
