China National Offshore Oil Corporation (the "Company" or "CNOOC", Hong Kong Stock Exchange stock code: 00883, Shanghai Stock Exchange stock code: 600938) announced today that Jinzhou 31-1 The gas field development project was put into production.

The Jinzhou 31-1 gas field is located in the Liaodong Bay of the Bohai Sea, with an average water depth of about 30 meters. The main production facilities include an underwater production system, a submarine mixed pipeline and an umbilical cable. The gas field is developed based on the existing facilities of Jinzhou 25-1 South Platform, and China's first self-developed shallow water submerged tree is used. The project is expected to achieve a peak production of approximately 14.8 million cubic feet of natural gas per day in 2023.
