China National Offshore Oil Corporation announced the scale of the 3M project in Indonesia The largest MDA gas field has been successfully put into production.

The 3M project in Indonesia is located in the Madura Strait in East Java, about 75 kilometers southeast of Madura Island, with an average water depth of about 80 meters. The project includes 3 gas fields, a total of 9 production wells, relying on 1 offshore floating production unit (FPU) for natural gas production and processing. Built in China, the FPU is designed to handle 175 million cubic feet per day.

The MBH gas field of the 3M project in Indonesia has been successfully put into production in October. After the five production wells of the MDA gas field are put into production, the peak daily natural gas production of the project is expected to reach about 127 million cubic feet per day.
