SpotOn Energy Holding AS has completed a transaction with AGR AS (“AGR”) to acquire AGR Well Management Limited (“AGR Well Management”), the Scotland registered Well Management division of AGR.

As part of the transaction, AGR has received 20% ownership in SpotOn Energy, which will strengthen the cooperation between AGR and SpotOn Energy going forward.

AGR continues to run its Well Management operations through our offices in Perth, Australia.

Our Perth Well Management team has overseen completion of more than 60 Well Management projects and numerous well engineering peer studies. The team has played a significant role in building AGR’s unrivalled well delivery track record of completing over 550 well projects globally.

Our clients rely on AGR Perth team to deliver an end-to-end drilling supply chain support, including well planning, drilling and operations’ execution in addition to regulatory compliance and safety management. The multi-disciplinary team combines technical excellence with commercial approach to help their clients achieve their goals.

AGR Consultancy Services Limited will service SpotOn Well Management and continue providing tailor-made manpower solutions to their UK-based and international clients from their Aberdeen-based offices in the Admiral Court.
