Bilfinger receives € 40 million order for inspection from Total E&P Denmark

Bilfinger will carry out inspection services on the offshore facilities of Total E&P Denmark (Exploration & Production). The order worth € 40 million is booked in the Engineering & Maintenance Europe segment and will run from July 2021 for a period of five years, with the option to extend it twice for another year. Bilfinger provides comprehensive services for all Total E&P Denmark systems and applies in particular non-destructive testing techniques (advanced non-destructive testing - ANDT). The order will be implemented from the Bilfinger site in Esbjerg, Denmark.
"With this important order from Total, Bilfinger is continuing its strategic growth path in the Inspection Services division," said Duncan Hall, Chief Operating Officer of Bilfinger. “Our highly qualified team helps ensure the system integrity of Total E&P Denmark. The order follows two other recently signed contracts in Denmark. Only three years after the establishment of our branch there, Bilfinger will become one of the largest local providers of non-destructive offshore inspection services. "
